They strive to ensure that their customers are confident their Bosley Representative can provide invaluable advice, dependable service, and any necessary resources throughout the real estate process.

My Role
I was a part of a small marketing team responsible for designing various collateral for
Bolsey Real Estate agents at their Glenforest and Niagara-on-the-Lake offices.
I was under extreme pressure to design in a fast past environment. I was tasked to deliver feature sheets for multimillion-dollar properties, newspaper ads in the Globe and Mail, magazine ads in Toronto Life Magazine, and social media tiles for the companies Facebook and Instagram accounts.

Do it like a BOSS!
Boss has also long been a slang term for “excellent,” with evidence reaching back to the 1880s. ... To do something like a boss, or “with a swaggering skill,” then, plays with both senses of the word: the conventional one (doing something with authority) and the slang one (and doing it extremely well).

I came up with a mini social media campaign with a play on the word BOSS and BOS. BOS is the nickname or a shortened version of Bosley.



Design for Agents
What I quickly learned while working at a real estate agency is that this world was very competitive. Every agent wants to be number 1 and have their own branding, however, the marketing team was instructed to abide by the branding guidelines to ensure continuity and that the collateral being designed had a Bosley look and feel to it.



Social Tiles
Since the real estate world is so competitive, the marketing team always found ways to have a bit of fun, keep up with holidays, and break through the clutter. Here are some social media concepts and designs I came up with.
