Think Research

Think Research is an industry leader in delivering integrated digital healthcare solutions. They provide knowledge-based workflow and decision support software to large healthcare payer networks and organizations, traditionally focused on hospital, acute, and seniors care.

In 2019, Think Research was preparing to go public. The current visual brand needed to "grow up" and become more cohesive. I was a part of a marketing team of six talented people. At the time the company was going through massive changes and layoffs. Unfortunately, my team took a large hit and it was just me and the Automations Lead left to fulfill all marketing requests. With minimal resources and time being of the essence, the CEO Sachin Aggarwal had presented me with an opportunity to redesign the company's visual guidelines with a one-month deadline.

With over 200 talented representatives across the GTA and beyond, Bosley continues to be a highly nimble, adaptive, modern and most importantly, integrity driven full service team. They are a family run, Canadian business that understands the importance of just that...family and business.

I was a part of a small marketing team responsible for designing various collateral for Bosley Real Estate agents at their Glenforest and Niagara-on-the-Lake offices. I was under extreme pressure to design in a fast past environment. I was tasked to deliver feature sheets for multimillion-dollar properties, newspaper ads in the Globe and Mail, magazine ads in Toronto Life Magazine, and social media tiles for the companies Facebook and Instagram accounts.

BIPOC TV & Film

BIPOC TV & Film is a grassroots nonprofit organization and collective of Black, Indigenous and People of Colour in Canada's TV and film industry.

I drew the inspiration for the logo from the clapperboard, a device used in filmmaking and video production to assist in synchronizing of picture and sound, and to designate and mark the various scenes and takes as they are filmed and audio-recorded. I incorporating colours that were both recognizable and meaningful to people in the film industry.

Since 2015, NiaZamar has worked to provide safe and loving space. They are committed to holding space for deeper self-love, transformation, reclamation and redefinition of self while held in a community of love and solidarity. They facilitate workshops at various organizations, offer a network of support to the NiaZamar Circle as well as host monthly sessions for community.

I was the lead designer behind the social media campaign they were launching for their first lip gloss line.

The Bluefeet Foundation

The founders are just 16 and 13-year-old brothers and for the past four years, they have been selling bright blue socks so everyone can have blue feet like the blue-footed booby. They use the money to fund scientific research on the Blue-Footed Booby population decline in the Galapagos. So far they have sold over 20,000 pairs and raised over $150,000!

When the brothers reached out to me they had launched a competition on the popular design site 99designs. With over thirty other designers in the race to impress them, I came up with a fun, animated version of the Blue Footed Booby Bird that landed me first place and an opportunity to design their packaging for the socks.

Barista by day a music teacher the rest of the time! Paul wanted to have a new logo and business card designed to hand out to students interested in learning how to play music. The solution was to manipulate a music note to look like a P and add it on a staff.
